34 Park is a concept created by restaurateur Sal Lupoli, located in the former Salvatore’s in Andover.  34 Park’s menu, developed by veteran Chef Jimi Gallant, offers a fresh take on authentic Italian with abundant portions featuring locally sourced ingredients for brunch, lunch, and dinner. Menu items such as Park Street Shrimp, our Big Meatball, Fattoush Salad, Chicken Milanese, Butternut Ravioli, Filet Mignon, Pan Roasted Veal, and Sal’s signature North End-style pizza are fan favorites. Classic and innovative cocktails like the Sunshine Doli Spritz, Bloody Delicious Cosmo and Torched Fig Bourbon Sidecar are served in unique and creative vessels. The restaurant and bar exudes a light and airy Hamptons-style atmosphere with white-washed brick walls, sleek lighting, grey leather seating, a marble bar and Instagram-worthy modern décor. The takeaway area offers the entire 34 Park menu to-go as well as catering options.

SALVATORE LUPOLI

Sal Lupoli opened his first pizza store in Salem, NH more than 30 years ago. He went on to open over 30 locations of Sal’s Pizza, known for their 19” 3 LB pizza. In 2008, Sal started Salvatore’s Restaurants, offering authentic Italian cuisine influenced by old family recipes. With a renewed focus on creating innovative new hospitality concepts, Sal transformed Salvatore’s in Andover to 34 Park in 2020. With a fresh take on modern Italian, 34 Park has become a staple within the Andover community.

JIMI GALLANT

Executive Chef Jimi Gallant has worked in the field of culinary arts throughout the Merrimack Valley for the past 30 years. He started his career at the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, VT. He has since contributed his culinary expertise to everything from pub-style to fine dining establishments. Most recently, Jimi spent eight years working as the Executive Chef at Salvatore’s Andover, now 34 Park. The modern Italian menu available at 34 Park reflects Jimi’s creative spirit in food curation, and he loves to be able to share it with guests.
